About the role

VDITS is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation across multiple channels for its four practice areas in the GCC and MENA region. You will focus on building a robust pipeline within regulated, mission‑critical sectors and support the sales team in closing high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Identify and generate leads in government, financial services, fintech, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors across GCC and MENA.
Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and events.
Qualify leads and hand over warm opportunities to Business Development Managers for full‑cycle closing.
Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM system.

Required profile

Strong communication and outreach abilities.
Background in consulting, IT services, or B2B sales is a plus.
Self‑starter comfortable working on a commission‑first structure.
Good knowledge of the GCC/MENA market.

Required skills

Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management.
