Business Development Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing real estate team in the UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing sales and leasing transactions for both residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Handle end‑to‑end sales and leasing activities for residential and commercial assets.
• Conduct client meetings, consultations, and property viewings.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to close deals effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activity.
• Travel across Dubai and other Emirates as required to meet clients and view properties.
• Deliver strong customer service and relationship management throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of experience in real estate, brokerage, sales, business development, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel across Emirates when needed.
