Business Development Executive – Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Staffora HR Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive corporate client acquisition across the UAE. You will promote tailored recruitment and manpower solutions, building long‑term B2B relationships in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and connect with potential corporate clients needing talent acquisition services.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking and field visits.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand hiring needs and present customized recruitment proposals.
• Nurture client relationships to generate recurring job orders and ensure high retention.
• Monitor regional hiring trends and market demands to tailor workforce solutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or telesales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional proficiency in Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Confident presenter, self‑motivated, persistent and quick to learn sales processes.
