Store Manager - Yves Saint Laurent, Mall of the Emirates

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores, is hiring a Store Manager for the Yves Saint Laurent boutique at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The manager drives the store's business, leads the team and builds a base of loyal VIP customers while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the store business: lead by example, define and monitor the action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs, and stay ahead of trends, products and competitors.
• Build relationships with customers through the customer database and convert new clients into loyal VIPs.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, act as a coach, and ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented transparently.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, clienteling and the brand's e-commerce activities, and recruit new clients through networking.
• Ensure sales and operational policies are followed, e-commerce orders are fulfilled within SLAs, and stock replenishment and displays follow brand VM guidelines.
• Use tools such as the Clienteling app, OMS and Business WhatsApp, and ensure compliance with legal, safety, security and HR guidelines.
• Analyse historical traffic data to maintain healthy floor coverage and anticipate peak hours.

Required profile

• Experience in a leadership role within luxury beauty brands.
• Experience leading a team of beauty advisors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Arabic is a benefit for this role.
