About the role
This freelance partnership focuses on business development for recruitment and manpower services in Dubai. The partner will expand the company’s footprint by building long‑term relationships with UAE employers that have ongoing staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new employer accounts in the UAE.
- Focus on companies with manpower requirements in logistics, construction, hospitality, security, manufacturing, and similar sectors.
- Build long‑term relationships with UAE employers.
- Generate qualified employer meetings and convert recruitment business.
Required profile
- Proven business development or sales experience in the UAE.
- Existing relationships with UAE companies (a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and self‑motivation.
- Ability to describe UAE business development experience and reachable companies.
What we offer
- Performance‑based commission with incentives for qualified employer meetings and converted recruitment business.
- Potential earnings ranging from AED 2,086.20 to AED 10,000 per month.
