Business Development Executive – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

DAL Technology is looking for an ambitious Emirati Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UAE, GCC and African markets. The role supports the company’s Emiratisation commitment and offers exposure to cutting‑edge technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads and build relationships with government entities, corporations and SMEs.
• Manage leads and sales pipeline using CRM platforms, maintain accurate records and prepare regular pipeline updates.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and support government tenders and corporate procurement processes.
• Represent DAL Technology at exhibitions, conferences and networking events, and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Promote core services such as GPS tracking, fintech, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, IoT and technology consulting.
• Negotiate agreements, close sales, maintain client relationships and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, achieve targets and participate in strategic planning.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Emirates ID and Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of business development, sales or CRM experience, or fresh Emirati graduates with strong communication skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and interested in technology and innovation.
