Business Development Manager - B2B IT Sales

About the role

techcarrot is looking for a Business Development Manager in Dubai to identify, prospect and acquire new enterprise customers across the UAE. The role builds and executes a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline and owns the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a territory plan and a healthy sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events
• Engage CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams and other business decision-makers as primary stakeholders
• Dial into customer challenges and position techcarrot's services (Salesforce, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications)
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation and contract closure
• Partner with solution architects, delivery and pre-sales teams on proposals
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin targets
• Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate and current

Required profile

• 5-10 years of B2B IT sales experience in the UAE with a proven hunter track record (net-new logos, not account management)
• Existing network of enterprise customers and decision-makers in the UAE
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently against quota
• UAE driving licence preferred

• Sales experience in one or more of: Salesforce or other enterprise CRM, digital transformation, cloud and Microsoft solutions, managed services, enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), data & AI, cybersecurity, QA & testing, IT staffing and professional services
