Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Sales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales of our cybersecurity services in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding our client base across enterprise, government and corporate sectors while deepening relationships with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with current customers, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients throughout the Dubai market, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand client security challenges and present tailored solutions such as managed security services, VAPT, SOC, cloud security, GRC and compliance offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and demos to senior stakeholders.
• Keep up‑to‑date with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Strong track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales quotas.
• Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
