About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our domestic defence portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on Platforms & Systems, Missiles & Weapons, and Space & Cyber, working closely with government and military clients.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of defence opportunities across the UAE market.
Lead client relationships with key government and military stakeholders.
Support the preparation of high‑quality bids and proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and procurement dynamics.
Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop winning solutions.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of business development experience, preferably in defence, aerospace or engineering.
Proven experience in bid and proposal development is strongly preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and analytical abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
Fluency in Arabic is essential.
