Sales Executive

About the role
The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers in Abu Dhabi, understanding their financial needs and recommending Finmart’s tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through in‑person and phone consultations.
- Present product features, guide customers through onboarding, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Meet sales targets and provide customer insight feedback.
Required profile
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in financial services, retail banking or consumer sales is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other UAE languages are advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Strong command of MS Office and digital lead‑management platforms.
