Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Business Development Manager will introduce Sukoon Insurance products to new and existing corporate clients, driving acquisition and portfolio growth in the Dubai market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share in corporate insurance.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and involve internal experts to meet revenue goals.
• Negotiate and close new sales, renewals and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through calls, visits and hospitality.
• Respond to account queries, resolve issues promptly and ensure timely quotation and endorsement delivery.
• Contribute to quality management system improvements and adhere to KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify training needs for the field force and coordinate with the training department.
• Monitor local/regional market trends and regulatory updates, sharing insights with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑4 years of business development experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
