Business Development Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager will expand Al Futtaim Auto Leasing’s customer base by prospecting new clients and nurturing strong account relationships. The role supports sales strategies to exceed revenue and profit targets for lease and rental products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold‑calling and building a prospect database.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and profit targets for lease and rental products.
• Onboard new customers and hand over accounts to Key Account Managers for ongoing growth.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of vehicles/assets.
• Support the Head of Department in sales strategy, policy formulation and performance reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to guide sales planning and trend analysis.
• Provide market insights and statistics to the Marketing team for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with accounts and collections teams to minimise debt.
• Uphold and promote the corporate brand image through appropriate PR activities and networking.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building prospect databases and meeting sales targets.
• Strong B2B consultative sales experience, preferably with high‑profile or blue‑chip organisations.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage multiple demands effectively.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a drive to exceed challenging goals.
