Business Development Manager – Flooring and Interiors

About the role

KinFitz & Co. is looking for a relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to rebuild its client‑facing function for flooring and interiors. You will inherit an existing portfolio of main‑contractor and federal accounts across the UAE and have full ownership of new‑business generation and future team development.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage and manage an existing portfolio of main‑contractor and federal client accounts.
• Identify, pursue and win new flooring projects in commercial, residential, marine and oil‑and‑gas sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals and material options to contractors, clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with design and procurement to move projects from proposal to purchase order.
• Stay on‑site through installation, coordinating with project managers and the installation team until sign‑off.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or account management, preferably within construction, interiors or related project‑based industries.
• Existing relationships with main contractors or federal clients in the UAE are a strong advantage (not mandatory).
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles (typically 8‑12 weeks from purchase order to delivery).
• Genuine willingness to learn and adapt to specialist marine and oil‑and‑gas projects.

Required skills

• Base salary starting from AED 20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
