About the role

We are seeking a target‑oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in Forex sales to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, driving sales, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new clients and generate new business.
Achieve monthly sales and deposit targets by converting leads into active clients.
Build a strong client network using various business development strategies.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and deposits.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance.

Required profile

1–2 years proven experience in Forex sales or financial markets.
Strong knowledge of Forex industry, trading products, and client acquisition.
Track record of achieving sales and deposit targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and results‑driven.
Hindi‑speaking candidates preferred; existing client network is a plus.
