Business Development Manager – IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our IT infrastructure portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and managing projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research and secure new business opportunities in data centre, network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery and cyber‑security services.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activity and propose strategic solutions.
• Lead negotiations, draft agreements and ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Oversee strategic projects, track progress and suggest improvements.
• Prepare presentations and financial simulations to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.
• Provide post‑sale support and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
• Proven track record in storage, server and networking sales, preferably with vendors such as IBM, Rubrik, Lenovo or Dell.
• Established network of contacts in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to align financial performance with strategic goals.
