About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading company in Dubai. The role involves managing partner portfolios, acquiring new partners, and supporting existing relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of partners.
• Continuously seek and acquire new partners.
• Conduct market research to understand competition and trends.
• Attend events and networking activities to promote business relationships.
• Handle partner inquiries and collaborate with internal departments.
• Suggest system improvements and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
• Analyze performance data and produce reports.
• Travel frequently to support partner development needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, client handling, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in financial services is an advantage.
