Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a leading digital advertising agency in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents, and negotiate with prospects to close deals.
• Conduct market and competitor research, maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, conversions, and revenue against targets, and prepare regular business development reports for management.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, confident, target‑oriented approach with the ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing within an advertising or digital marketing agency. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
