Business Development Manager

About the role

SAMA Integrated Smart Systems seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across ELV, ICT, AV, Home Automation, and EV Charging solutions. The role involves building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and overseeing presales and sales coordination teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and corporate clients.
• Achieve annual gross profit targets and ensure project profitability.
• Oversee tenders, quotations, proposals, project costing, and contract negotiations.
• Manage Presales Engineers and Sales Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, bookings, invoicing, and collections.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and develop expansion strategies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, and Procurement teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience in ELV, ICT, AV, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market with established industry relationships.
• Proven experience in business development, team management, tendering, project costing, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
