Business Development Manager – Lifestyle, F&B & Entertainment

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Lifestyle, F&B & Entertainment will lead growth initiatives for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai’s dining, beverage and entertainment concepts. Reporting to senior management, you will shape strategies that attract local and international guests while enhancing the hotel’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across restaurants, bars, lounges and entertainment venues.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s brand standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners and key partners.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and guest feedback to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations and finance teams to ensure profitable execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the hospitality, F&B or entertainment sectors.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury hospitality market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional projects.
