Business Development Manager - Logistics Sales

About the role

Green Light Logistics LLC is a Dubai logistics company handling freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance and cross-border trucking for businesses moving cargo in, out of and around the UAE. It is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its client base across the UAE and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Find and win new clients for freight forwarding, warehousing in JAFZA, customs clearance and GCC trucking
• Build and manage relationships with shippers, importers, exporters and traders
• Prepare quotations with the operations team and follow each enquiry through to a booking
• Keep a clear pipeline and report on leads, quotes and wins

Required profile

• 3+ years in logistics sales in the UAE (freight forwarding, warehousing or 3PL)
• An existing network of shippers, importers or traders
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
