Business Development Manager - Luxury Kitchens

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new B2B opportunities for a leading luxury interiors business in the UAE. You will focus on expanding the client base across the luxury kitchens, interiors and fit‑out sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and nurture relationships with property developers, interior design firms, design‑and‑build contractors, fit‑out contractors, architects, consultants and hospitality/commercial clients.
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings, track upcoming projects and manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal to commercial close.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development or sales experience in the UAE, preferably within luxury kitchens, interiors, joinery, fit‑out or building‑materials sectors.
• Established network of developers, contractors, designers or consultants in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing key accounts.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with good knowledge of the UAE construction and interiors market.
