Business Development Manager – MENA Region

About the role

VT Markets, an award‑winning multi‑asset brokerage, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the MENA region. You will build and manage relationships with high‑value clients, strategic partners and introducing brokers, contributing directly to revenue and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B and B2C clients, focusing on forex, CFD and fintech products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing introducing brokers (IBs) and VIP clients.
• Achieve net deposit and trading volume targets for the MENA territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.
• Represent VT Markets at industry events to strengthen brand reputation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong network and market knowledge within the MENA region.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and across departments.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
