Business Development Manager - Middle East (Cyber Security)

About the role

X-PHY is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and partner acquisition for its cybersecurity hardware solutions across the Middle East, focusing on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a localized channel partner strategy to enter and grow in target markets.
• Identify and secure high‑profile lighthouse accounts in collaboration with top‑tier system integrators.
• Maintain a rigorous travel schedule to build face‑to‑face relationships and generate a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead solution‑selling initiatives, bundling hardware with partner services to address complex customer challenges.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of B2B sales, channel development or account management experience in ICT or cybersecurity.
• Proven “hunter” mindset with a track record of prospecting, cold outreach and breaking into new accounts.
• Strong ability to shift from product‑feature pitching to consultative solution selling.
• Coachable, adaptable and eager to master new technologies.
