Business Development Manager - Oil & Gas & EPC

About the role

Talent Specialist Limited, a recruitment agency, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand its customer base and secure major tenders across its core portfolios. The role also helps scale the company's international presence through agency networks, joint ventures and technology partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Target NOCs, IOCs, utility providers and EPC contractors to grow market share and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Recruit, manage and evaluate local sales agents in key international territories.
• Secure joint ventures, OEM relationships and technology licensing agreements.
• Drive opportunities in Gas Processing, Oil Treatment, Produced Water, Water Injection and Fuel Gas Conditioning systems, working with engineering teams on competitive bids.
• Lead prequalification initiatives to get onto Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs).
• Negotiate, monitor market intelligence and close complex capital equipment sales cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
• 8-12 years in business development or technical sales within process packages, modular skids, oil & gas facilities, water treatment or EPC projects.
• Established networks across the Middle East and Africa.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai, with 40%-50% international travel.
