Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas, Transport & Heavy Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth for transport, logistics and heavy‑equipment solutions within Abu Dhabi’s Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on turning industry relationships into long‑term business opportunities across Oil & Gas, EPC, construction and industrial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and market expansion across Abu Dhabi.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ADNOC entities, EPC contractors, subcontractors and major industrial clients.
• Promote transport, logistics and heavy‑equipment rental solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions and proposal submissions.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and competitive commercial offers.
• Identify new opportunities, target accounts and revenue streams.
• Achieve agreed sales and growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of UAE experience in Oil & Gas, transport, logistics, heavy‑equipment rental, industrial services or construction.
• Strong exposure to the Abu Dhabi market.
• Experience working within CICPA operational areas.
• Established network within ADNOC, EPC contractors and industrial clients.
• Proven success in business development, commercial management and revenue generation.
• Experience with tendering, pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to independently identify, pursue and close new business opportunities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
