Business Development Manager – Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our partner network and onboard new venues to our new branded app. The focus is on restaurants, lounges, bars, beach clubs, hotels and other premium venues across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential venue partners.
  • Reach owners, GMs, F&B Managers, and other decision‑makers.
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships.
  • Support partners through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.

Required profile

  • Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in cold outreach and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Fluent in English; Russian is an advantage.
  • UAE hospitality or F&B experience is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network of venues in Dubai is a plus.
