Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Business Development Manager will work on‑site in Dubai, driving growth for MARE Properties by identifying and securing new real‑estate opportunities. This full‑time position focuses on expanding the client portfolio and strengthening relationships with investors, developers and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess investment potential.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and senior management to shape growth strategies and support exclusive project launches.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and present insights to leadership.
• Represent MARE Properties at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong lead‑generation, pipeline‑management and deal‑negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated relationship‑building and client‑retention expertise.
• Comfort with CRM tools and basic data analysis for performance tracking and revenue forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of local real‑estate regulations and investment practices in Dubai is highly beneficial.
