Business Development Officer

About the role

Spark Integrated Services is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Officer to expand its portfolio across hospitality, facilities management, manpower and integrated services in the UAE. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the company’s service lines.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling and email outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision‑makers and partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations and tender submissions.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations and follow‑ups.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned business development targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, organized and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
