Director - Program Sales

About the role

As Director of Program Sales at Inception42 you will originate, shape and close large‑scale enterprise AI transformation programs delivered through professional services and sustained AI model consumption. You will lead executive conversations from AI ambition to a funded, deliverable roadmap, ensuring the solutions sold can be successfully delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Run executive discovery workshops to convert AI ambition into prioritized, fundable use cases and shape large professional‑services programs.
• Architect credible frontier‑AI solutions and engage security, compliance, legal, procurement and technology stakeholders, holding CISO‑level conversations.
• Own delivery feasibility assessments—risk, timeline, dependencies and resourcing—before signing deals, designing a path from proof of concept to production.
• Drive sustained model/API consumption after go‑live and expand accounts by converting delivered programs into follow‑on transformation work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting or enterprise professional‑services sales, ideally in AI, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record shaping and closing large professional‑services programs and taking proofs of concept to funded, production‑grade programs.
• Background from hyperscaler field CTO/principal solution architect, Big 4 or strategy consulting, cybersecurity vendor/consulting, or large‑scale digital transformation delivery.
