About the role
The Business Development Officer will focus on personal loan (PL) sales within the Retail Banking Group. The role is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through telesales, driving cross‑sell initiatives and ensuring high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse incoming leads and convert them into sales.
- Update all relevant systems after each customer interaction.
- Process customer requests and offers promptly.
- Follow up with internal departments to resolve any delays.
- Handle customer issues, resolve them quickly, and escalate to the team leader when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, requests, and reports.
Required profile
- University graduate with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Practical marketing background preferred.
- Strong sales and customer focus, able to work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Team player with a result‑driven attitude.
- Analytical mindset with solid computer skills.
- Adaptable, versatile and business‑sensitive.
