Business Development Partner

About the role

The Business Development Partner will lead partner relationship management and drive growth for a leading financial services provider. You will work closely with a team to expand market reach across Pakistan and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Implement market strategies with partners to increase reach and revenue.
• Conduct market research, organize events, and support partners on inquiries.
• Analyse performance data, report on partnership effectiveness, and suggest process improvements.
• Supervise and coach a PRM team of 5+ members, ensuring high standards of client handling and negotiation.
• Travel frequently to manage partner relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven team leadership and people‑management skills.
• Fluent English (and Urdu) with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
