Business Development Specialist – MEA Region

About the role

QSC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its MEA team in Dubai. This hands‑on sales position focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners, and converting prospects into revenue across the Middle East and Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new customers and projects within the MEA market.
• Develop and nurture business opportunities from initial contact through closing.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Work with channel partners to expand market reach and drive joint sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast revenue targets.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and proactive, with a track record of generating new business.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Experience selling technology‑focused solutions in a B2B environment.
• Willingness to travel within the MEA region as needed.
