About the role
Honora Ventures Consultancy is seeking a Business Development & Strategic Relationships Representative to build trusted relationships with business owners and decision‑makers across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role is commission‑only and focuses on generating qualified opportunities for Honora’s management consultancy and corporate services team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network of potential clients in Dubai and the UAE.
- Arrange introductions, meetings and identify client needs, guiding opportunities to a clear handover.
- Attend selected business events, follow up professionally and keep all opportunities up‑to‑date in the CRM.
- Provide detailed handover notes for each qualified opportunity.
Required profile
- Polished communicator with sound judgment, discretion and a proven record of originating B2B business.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, referrals, strategic partnerships or client relationship management.
- Ability to describe specific sourced opportunities, the role played and outcomes.
