Business Documents Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Business Documents Specialist to join our client’s team on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will create, format, and edit high‑quality business documents that support operational and strategic decisions across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain professional Excel workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
• Design spreadsheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisations to meet client specifications.
• Develop visually consistent PowerPoint decks from provided content, adhering to branding guidelines.
• Edit and proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and style compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver outputs under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven ability to transform raw data into structured reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing large volumes of documents.
• Familiarity with version‑control and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience supporting business operations or project teams in a fast‑paced environment.
