Business Education Manager – Professional Products

About the role

The Business Education Manager will design and execute the Professional Products Division (PPD) education strategy across the United Arab Emirates. Working closely with sales, digital and educator teams, you will up‑skill independent salons, chains, pro‑shops and specialty retailers to drive product knowledge and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual Business Education strategy, aligning with division guidelines and budget.
• Localise global education offers and create complementary local content and formats.
• Ensure visibility of education content on social platforms, LPS and internal channels, managing the editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with international teams, educators, digital and sales colleagues to gather insights that improve customer and sales experience.
• Define KPIs and measure the impact of education activities on client performance.
• Report to the PPD Education Director and maintain strong relationships with brand, activation, PR and digital teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in business education, training or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to promote engagement across multiple channels.
