Business Head – Cybersecurity (MEA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our cybersecurity portfolio across the Middle East and Africa. The role will drive channel sales, build partner ecosystems and deliver sustainable revenue through distributors, VARs, MSSPs and strategic alliances.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional channel sales strategy for the MEA market.
• Drive revenue growth via distributors, value‑added resellers, managed security service providers and other partners.
• Recruit, onboard and enable high‑value channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with cybersecurity vendors, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and steer expansion across key MEA territories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement go‑to‑market strategies and partner programmes.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence and emerging cybersecurity technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of IT or cybersecurity sales experience, including at least 7 years in channel sales or partner management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets in the Middle East, Africa or India markets.
• Strong network and executive‑level relationships across the UAE and broader MEA region.
• Experience working with or for leading cybersecurity vendors, value‑added distributors or solution providers.
