Business Manager – Technology Business Management

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Business Manager to support the Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) in driving the technology agenda across the organisation. The role coordinates priorities, decisions and workstreams, translating them into actionable deliverables and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal communication, prepare materials and high‑quality reports for GCTO meetings and senior leadership forums.
• Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, technology events and cross‑functional workshops.
• Assist in early‑stage structuring of strategic initiatives, conduct market, financial and operational analysis, and translate priorities into action plans.
• Monitor technology KPIs, operational performance, risks and dependencies; consolidate performance dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate the technology leadership operating rhythm, document decisions and ensure follow‑up across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, digital services and data teams.
• Synthesize complex issues into concise briefing notes and decision documents for the GCTO.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in business management, strategy, planning or financial analysis, preferably within technology, digital or consulting environments.
• Proven track record supporting senior leadership on multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project‑tracking tools.
• Experience with financial modelling, market analysis, reporting and performance dashboards.
