Business Marketing Faculty (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Higher Colleges of Technology seeks a full‑time Faculty member to teach Business Marketing courses to second‑language learners in Dubai. The role combines classroom instruction, student advising, and applied research within a student‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Business Marketing and related subjects using practical, applied teaching methods aligned with the syllabus.
• Utilise educational technology to enhance instruction and support student learning in a second‑language context.
• Provide continuous feedback through assessments, projects, and assignments, and update grades promptly.
• Serve as a student advisor, maintain office hours, and support at‑risk students with action plans.
• Engage in applied research relevant to the division’s interests and national innovation priorities, and present findings at conferences.
• Participate in academic and extracurricular events within the college and the wider community.
