Business & Operations Consultant – Fashion

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring a Business & Operations Consultant for a prestigious Dubai-based luxury fashion house that makes bespoke evening wear, bridal couture, corsetry and handcrafted luxury garments. The role combines strategic planning, business development, operations management, project coordination and executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the launch and structuring of the business, and develop business plans, growth strategies and operational roadmaps
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets and cash flow projections, and monitor budgets and operational expenses
• Identify business opportunities, revenue streams and expansion strategies
• Develop operational systems, workflows and standard operating procedures, and support office setup and administration
• Coordinate internal projects, ensure deadlines are met, and assist with vendor negotiations and contract management
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, ateliers and service providers
• Build and maintain strategic business relationships, and accompany the Founder to meetings with clients, partners, investors and government entities
• Prepare presentations, proposals and business documents, and help define brand positioning, pricing, product and distribution strategies
• Attend photoshoots, campaigns, fittings and fashion-related events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, project management or startup environments
• Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, hospitality or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
