Business Operations Coordinator - Warehouse and Logistics

About the role

The Business Operations Coordinator will oversee end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring shipments are tracked, deliveries executed, and proof of delivery managed. The role bridges supply chain and finance functions to guarantee accurate transaction closure using SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, maintaining real‑time visibility and updating SAP.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage Proof of Delivery collection, validation and system linkage for audit and invoicing.
• Oversee driver and fleet operations, including allocation, route planning and daily execution.
• Monitor and analyse delivery and driver performance using KPIs, prepare reports and drive improvements.
• Handle consignment stock management with hospitals, performing stock counts, reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Support invoicing and transaction reconciliation, improving SAP‑driven processes to align supply chain and finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong analytical, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (preferably SD, MM and WM modules).
