Business Partner Analyst – Supply Management

About the role

The Business Partner Analyst will support day‑to‑day activities for the unit, acting as a liaison between the business and supply management function. The role involves gathering data, coordinating procurement processes, and ensuring that the unit has up‑to‑date information to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise data related to department projects that require supply‑management input.
• Support unit training on supply‑management topics and assist end users with technical specifications and scope of work.
• Share up‑to‑date information from the Category unit to keep the team informed.
• Oversee the full supply‑management lifecycle, including pre‑market assessments, market testing (quotes, tenders, EOIs), evaluations, contract awarding and supplier performance management.
• Facilitate delivery of the supply‑management strategy in collaboration with business units.
• Contribute to contracting activities that reduce expenditure, maintain probity and minimise risk.
• Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to build strong commercial relationships.
• Coordinate unit activities, track successes and challenges, and drive supply‑management initiatives.
• Partner with governance specialists to ensure compliance with procurement and risk‑management frameworks.
• Perform other duties as applicable to the role.

Required profile

• Experience in supply‑management, procurement or contract administration.
• Strong analytical and data‑management abilities.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and governance frameworks.
