About the role

SLICIT is seeking a Business Partner to expand its ultra‑luxury residential property portfolio in Dubai and internationally. The role combines business development, partnership management, and close collaboration with marketing and investment teams to serve high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with boutique real estate agencies that meet SLICIT’s ultra‑luxury standards.
• Identify and secure property opportunities in Dubai’s secondary market and across global markets.
• Coordinate the flow of property listings and information to ensure a seamless selection process for clients.
• Work with the Expertise Investment Hub and Marketing teams, including Digital and Social Media managers, to develop targeted outreach strategies.
• Report directly to the Director of Business Development.

Required profile

• Proven background in real estate business development, especially with ultra‑luxury residential properties.
• Strong network with real estate management firms serving high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Ability to balance deep local market insight with an understanding of international real estate trends.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
