Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Consultycs DMCC is seeking a client‑focused Business Setup Advisor to guide entrepreneurs and corporations through the entire process of establishing their businesses in the UAE, whether on the Mainland, in a Free Zone, or offshore. You will act as a trusted consultant, delivering tailored advice, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth setup experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE company formation options, legal structures, and licensing requirements.
• Provide accurate information on processes, costs, and timelines.
• Prepare and present customized proposals to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with government authorities and Free Zone entities to facilitate company registration.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or corporate services within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setup processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or revenue targets.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
