Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Business Setup Advisor to join our Dubai office and support entrepreneurs, startups and established companies through the entire UAE company formation journey. The role involves guiding clients on licensing, registration and related professional services, ensuring a smooth and compliant setup process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation and business registration procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on acquiring the appropriate UAE licenses.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for PRO services, renewals and trademark registration.
• Analyse client needs and design tailored business setup solutions in line with local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high‑quality service and support.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate client situations and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in consulting or management consulting, specifically advising on business setup and company formation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting to assist clients with financial planning.
• Up‑to‑date understanding of UAE business laws and regulations; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field preferred, with proven experience in a similar UAE setup role.
