Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are seeking motivated, client‑focused Business Setup Advisors to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves advising entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs and international clients on establishing and expanding businesses across UAE Mainland, Freezones and DIFC.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable UAE business setup options, jurisdictions, activities and ownership structures.
• Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate corporate banking, KYC/AML, tax and compliance requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end formation process with internal PRO, compliance, banking and tax teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs and international clients.
• Generate business through consultative selling, achieve sales targets and identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 2–3+ years of UAE business setup consultancy experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a professional, confident demeanor.
• Strong interest in sales and business consulting with a target‑oriented attitude.
• Arabic, French or Russian language skills are a plus.
