Business Setup Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Best Solution is looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Setup Consultant fluent in Arabic and English to support business growth, build client relationships, find new opportunities and deliver tailored consulting solutions. The consultant helps clients understand their needs, recommends suitable services and contributes to the company's sales and business development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and service providers in the UAE and internationally.
• Hold client meetings, consultations and presentations to understand business requirements.
• Analyze client needs, propose business proposals and compare jurisdictions and structures to recommend the most cost-effective options.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up leads, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot potential clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end incorporation and license renewals, and support post-setup services such as corporate bank accounts, accounting, immigration and visa services, document clearance and attestation.
• Perform due diligence on new and existing clients and keep client records accurate, secure and confidential.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication in both languages (mandatory).
• Knowledge of the UAE business environment and local market is preferred.
