Business Setup Sales Executive

About the role

Right Time Group is looking for a motivated, results-driven business setup sales executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has experience in UAE business setup, company formation and corporate services, with strong communication and client-conversion skills.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up leads by call, WhatsApp, social media and other channels
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable business setup solutions
• Promote Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation services
• Handle enquiries on trade licences, visas, corporate bank accounts and related services
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and follow up until deals close
• Coordinate with internal teams so client applications are processed smoothly
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities

Required profile

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in UAE business setup or corporate services
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and business setup procedures
• Experience selling Mainland and Free Zone company formation packages preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and confidence handling clients by phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive
• Good English; Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam or another language is an advantage
• Existing client network or business setup sales experience preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is a plus
