Business Solution Consultant - SaaS (B2B)

About the role

A recruitment technology platform based in Dubai is looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to sell its SaaS product to businesses across the Middle East. The role suits a sales professional with SaaS experience who wants to bridge client needs with modern solutions and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East by cold-calling, email and networking
• Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers in HR, Finance, Procurement and the C-Suite
• Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate terms with prospects
• Follow up diligently on leads, engaging multiple stakeholders to close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and report regularly on activity and performance

Required profile

• Proven track record in online B2B sales, SaaS, cold calling and business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident on the phone and in presentations
• Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders
• Resilient and target-driven, able to perform under pressure
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable
