Business Solutions & Operations Officer

About the role

The Business Solutions & Operations Officer will support Emirates Skywards, the loyalty programme for Emirates and FlyDubai, by ensuring the smooth delivery of partnership and product initiatives and maintaining platform availability for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Support launch, enhancement and termination of partners and products.
• Act as the technical and system subject‑matter expert for Skywards platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, review designs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end system integration, testing and business process validation for new initiatives.
• Provide continuous monitoring of loyalty‑function availability and manage incident resolution with IT and service providers.
• Document business processes, support change‑management activities and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, delivering regular status updates and ensuring service‑level agreements are met.

• Experience in coordinating cross‑functional projects within a commercial environment.
