Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EPM Specialist

About the role

We are a diversified holding group in Abu Dhabi seeking a Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The role will drive implementation, optimisation and support of EPM solutions to improve financial and operational reporting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing cycles using Oracle EPM.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal teams on EPM tools.
• Engage stakeholders to gather performance‑management requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Design, configure and maintain EPM solutions for financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Analyse business processes, recommend improvements and integrate EPM with existing ERP systems.
• Conduct testing, validation, user training and documentation for successful implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in EPM consulting or financial management roles.
• Proven end‑to‑end Oracle EPM implementation experience, including requirement gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT and go‑live.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting processes.

Required skills

• Oracle EPM suite – FCCS, EPBCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, TRCS.
• SQL, Essbase, Smart View, Data Management and other reporting tools.
• Integration experience with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud and SAP.
• Knowledge of financial rules, hierarchies and calculation scripts within EPM applications.
